Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In the case that your order is delayed due to color or sizing availability, please contact us through Customer Support or directly at lovetheinsideout@gmail.com and we will address your issue promptly.

During the holiday season, there may be delays in shipping due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We will do our best to get your order to you as promptly as possible when these circumstances arise.

Shipping Rates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Currently, we offer $5 shipping for the first $36 of your order, with an additional $2 shipping charge for each additional $26 of your order to anywhere in the United States.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. At this time, we only ship within the United States but have plans to include international shipping in the future!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Estimated shipping is 3-5 days.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lovetheinsideout@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our print suppliers ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS), which allows delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please consider the size of your P.O. Box before putting in an order. A smaller P.O. Box may make the order undeliverable.

Return
Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges of print-to-order items. However, in the event that an item received is not what you ordered (size, design, color), or there is a problem with the print itself, please contact us right away with your order number to discuss the matter and a potential refund or replacement. If a refund is requested, we will refund the full order/item amount plus standard shipping. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
